[Graduation Year: All]

Law Preview was very helpful. I had a 3.5/4 for the first semester and then 3.786/4 for the second semester which gave me a 3.643 for the first year. This will likely put me in the top 10% for the year and grade me on to law review!
—Anonymous, DePaul University College of Law, Class of 2012

I felt more comfortable speaking up in class, and more confident in some of the harder issues in classes. For example, the Rule Against Perpetuities in Property - since I already had been over it with Law Preview, I felt a lot more confident about answering problems in class.

I would gladly recommend this program to anyone who wants to learn the secret of success in law school. As I began to prepare myself for the first year, I began to panic. I had been out of school, in the work world for five years. I had taken the LSATs a few years ago and really felt as though I had NO idea what I was getting into. I was right. Without Law Preview I would have been lost. While many of my classmates were panicking, I arrived with the perspective and the head start I needed to survive this first year. I have used my Law Preview notes to review concepts in each of my courses and also to study for exams. I have also stayed in touch with my Law Preview professors and sought their assistance during the academic year. . . . The in-class instruction and the follow-up support cannot be beaten! Thanks again.

Law Preview gives students an early advantage. While other students try to figure out just how to manage case briefing and reading, and doing outlines, the law preview student already has the experience and the know how to handle the rigors of law school.

I was prepared for the first few weeks of classes and I know what to expect from class. The biggest advantage was that I knew how to outline. The study guides recommended by Law Preview are truly the best ones and I used them a lot. Don Macaulay is wonderful! He is so helpful even after the course is over!

Law Preview prepared me for each step of the first year experience. I was never left in the dark about what I should be doing or what to expect. Most importantly it gave me confidence that I needed to succeed. I believe others lost valuable time doubting their abilities.

It helped me be more prepared when the first day of class arrived. Additionally, I knew how to pace myself for exams and while everyone was attempting to figure out how to study, I already had a plan and was actually implementing the plan into my study time.

Don, I don't know if you remember me--I went to your D.C. session last summer and you were kind enough to give me a scholarship. I just got my grades from the first semester at Emory. You'll never believe this. I got a 4.093. Two A+s, two A's, and an A minus. I am ranked #1 in the class! . . . Anyway, thanks for your help. I know the Law Preview class got me started on the right foot.
—J.L., Emory University School of Law, Class of 2004

Law Preview really helped prepare me for the grind that is the year as a 1L. The study tips and exam preparation workshops gave me a huge advantage come exam time.

The program definitely made the transition smoother going into law school. the briefs I had before helped and doing the work for the week at Law Preview gave me a taste as to what to expect so there were no surprises. Knowing how to study and take tests were also essential.

Wow! What a great investment! Law Preview put me ahead of the game from the very beginning. It helped show me what law school is really about and helped to settle my nerves. I was able to hit the ground running on day one while others were wondering what was going on. I highly recommend Law Preview for anyone. The Law Preview instructors were amazing! It was worth every penny!

I am a 1L at Florida A & M University in Orlando. I attended Law Preview last summer in San Francisco. I finished my first semester with a 3.76 and was first in my night school class while maintaining my position as a middle school principal in a school with 1100 students. . . . Thank you.

Law Preview was very helpful with my studies. The course covered topics that put me ahead of my classmates.

Law Preview has allowed to realize the time restrictions I have as a law school student. It taught me how to maximize the time I do have by disciplining my self with staying ahead in class and studying for finals well before the last week of class.

Law Preview was really helpful. After taking the Law Preview course, I went into my first semester of law school knowing what to expect and I had a better handle on how to manage my time and all of my work. I knew how to brief cases, I knew how the Socratic Method worked and I knew how much study time would be required of me before I got to law school. This was great because law school can be intimidating but if you attend Law Preview and really take what you learn there seriously, you have nothing to worry about. I was very happy with the program and I highly recommend it to anyone going into law school.

It gave me the knowledge that I would be OK after a nine year lay off from school. I think that the test taking tips were the most immportant skill I learned.
—Brandon W., Florida Coastal School of Law, Class of 2009

The materials and "big picture" overview of first year subjects filled a void that can help students be prepared for the piece by piece method that will be encountered in the classroom.
—James G., Florida Coastal School of Law, Class of 2009

Law Preview gave me a head start that helped me learn how to do the things I needed to do to be successful while other students were just trying to figure out what was going on around them. From the very first day I realized the advantage I had, and utilizing the skills I learned at Law Preview, and hard work on my part, I was able to get a 3.5 my first semester.
—Anonymous, Florida Coastal School of Law, Class of 2010

Law Preview helped me learn how to brief and pick apart a case. It also helped me with legal writing. I think the most important aspect of help that I acquired was getting to law school with my feet running. When I arrived, I knew how much time to spend working on law school work each day, as well as how and when I was supposed to start working on my outlines. I believe that Law Preview directly resulted in my 3.93 GPA my first semester.
—Adam W., Florida Coastal School of Law, Class of 2010

Law Preview helped very much! I was much better prepared on day one to begin learning the cases, as my classmates were still figuring out terminology and how to brief. Additionally, I already had begun my outlines using the tips I learned at Law Preview, (once I had the books), and it was a lot easier to stay ahead then how most of my classmates were disadvantaged and thus playing catchup. It was absolutely essential to my success and I do not think I would have done nearly as well without it! I would recommend it to anybody, especially if you don't have the good fortune of a scholarship - it might cost money, but if you are going to pay $100,000 for law school on your own tab - this is the absolute BEST $1000+ I have spent, and the most cost effective means of helping me accelerate to the top of my class.
